COQ AU VIN REPRESENTS WINEGROWERS
WHO BRING THEIR TERROIR TO LIFE
These are family-owned estates, deeply rooted in their land, where wine is made with care and respect,
resulting in precise, sincere, and memorable wines.
These wines reflect the soul of the women and men who craft them,
turning each vineyard into a story to be shared around the world.

CHAMPAGNE PREMIER CRU LACOURTE-GODBILLON
In the village of Écueil, beating heart of the Montagne de Reims, Géraldine Lacourte and Richard Desvignes farm 8 hectares classified as Premier Cru, planted of Pinot Noir (85%) and a bit of Chardonnay (15%).
Certified organic and biodynamic, the estate is deeply committed
to expressing the singularity of this terroir.
The soils are complex and vibrant: sand over deep chalk, sparnacian clay, and shallow chalk at the foot of the slopes.
The result: author-driven champagnes that are deep, elegant, and lively.
CHAMPAGNE MARIE COPINET
The estate covers 9 hectares across the Côte de Sézanne, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne.
This area, known as the “humid Champagne” is surrounded by trees
and marshes, shaping a unique and vibrant microclimate.
Planted mostly with Chardonnay, the vines thrive on a wide range of soils: chalk, marl, sand, and sparnacian clay.
Behind the wines are Marie Copinet-Kowal and Alexandre Kowal, transforming this mosaic of terroirs into crystalline cuvées: precise, bright, and pure.

DOMAINE CYRIL GAUTHERON, CHABLIS
In Fleys, a village nestled in the eastern hills of Chablis, the family domain cultivates 25 hectares across the four appellation levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
The Gautheron family has been here since 1809. Today, Cyril Gautheron, alongside his partner Agnès Gleizes, winemaker from Saint-Chinian, continues the family legacy.
Together, they craft chiseled, sincere wines, with the quiet precision
that only centuries of transmission can offer.

DOMAINE DES POTHIERS
CÔTE ROANNAISE (AUVERGNE)

of altitude, Romain Paire brings new energy to this centuries-old family estate.
The 27 hectares of vines are certified organic and biodynamic (Biodyvin),

Here, the major grape is Gamay Saint-Romain, offering vibrant, finely etched reds, with a complexity that is both subtle and immediate.
DOMAINE DE NOIRÉ, CHINON

and Chenin Blanc.
Jean-Max produces sincere, deep Chinons, grounded in their terroir
and guided by a vision of precision and high standards.

CHÂTEAU DU MOULIN-À-VENT, MOULIN-À-VENT
At the heart of the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, in the Beaujolais region,
this historic château farms 30 hectares organically.
Since 2009, Jean-Jacques Parinet and his son Édouard have led the estate with remarkable precision and ambition, guided by an obsession
on single vineyards.
Their elegant, profound wines showcase the geological diversity
of the appellation, with impressive ageing potential.
It’s a hallmark of great Moulin-à-Vent.
DOMAINE DU ROC DES BOUTIRES, POUILLY-FUISSÉ
Domaine du Roc des Boutires has been owned by the Parinet family
since 2016.
On 4.2 hectares, the estate cultivates 14 distinct parcels ;
each a micro-terroir reflecting the cru’s complexity.
100% Chardonnay, the vineyard is managed with great care for the living environment.
Soils are cultivated, harvests are done by hand, and each cuvée is vinified separately with precision by Brice Laffond and the Parinet family.

DOMAINES AUVIGUE
A flagship producer in Burgundy, the Auvigue family farms its vineyards organically,
and the winery is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Pouilly-Fuissé.
The wines, classic white Burgundies at the top of the appellation, are crafted by Céline Hirsch,
one of the most promising winemakers in Burgundy (winner of the 2024 Young Talents Trophy).
Already multi-awarded (Forbes, Wine Advocate, James Suckling…), these wines combine precision, finesse, and depth.

CHÂTEAU BELLEVUE, MORGON
At the helm of the estate, Élodie Rousselot, awarded Talented Winemaker and Rising Star by Wine Enthusiast,
embodies a fresh generation of winemakers.
This historic Beaujolais estate, founded in the 18th century, now produces structured, refined wines.
It’s the classicism subtly reimagined.
The Château also offers an exceptional venue for hosting clients and events in the heart of Morgon.

DOMAINE SYLVIE SPIELMANN, ALSACE GRAND CRU
In the village of Bergheim, Sylvie Spielmann farms 8 hectares on a unique terroir of clay, marl, limestone, and gypsum.
The domain is certified organic, with biodynamic practices
(Sylvie is the partner of Jean-Claude Rateau, famous name of Burgundy).
Since her first vintage in 1988, Sylvie has carried on the family tradition, succeeding her mother. Her wines are shaped by a singular site:
a former gypsum quarry that creates a remarkable microclimate.
Her cuvées are known for their generosity and longevity.
DOMAINE LECCIA, PATRIMONIO (CORSICA)
In Poghju d’Oletta, heart of the Patrimonio AOP, Domaine Leccia cultivates 13 hectares of family vines across the striking hills of northern Corsica.

Today, Lisandru Leccia, nephew of Annette Leccia, continues the tradition with meticulousness, leading a certified organic and biodynamic estate (Biodyvin label) at the pinnacle of Corsica winegrowing.
The vines thrive on slopes of clay and marl-limestone molasse, in a bright, wild landscape of rock and maquis.
